Experiment Information
Title:
Novel integrated multiomics analysis reveals Itgbl1-mediated regulation of fibrogenesis through antagonism of Tgfβ1 and IL1β signaling. (single cell RNA-Seq)
Summary:
To understand the molecular mechanism of minority cell population in skin would healing process, we performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) of murine skin wound tissues at 3 different time points after injury (3d, 7d, 14d).
Overall Design:
scRNA-seq analysis data were obtained by using murine skin wound tissues which includes on day 3, 7, and 14 post incisional injury.
