Summary:
NHEMs are considered as a homogeneous population in the human epidermis. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of NHEMs in culture.
Overall Design:
NHEMs were cultured in Medium 254 (M254) and treated with 20µM forskolin (fsk) either every day or every alternate day for 7 days
