Summary:
We performed scRNA-seq analyses on patient matched lesional and nonlesional skin from viitiligo patients using the 10x genomics platform to examine different cell populations and keratinocyte states that may contribute to vitiligo disease persistence.
Overall Design:
Suction blisters were generated from patient matched lesional and nonlesional skin from 7 vitiligo patients, unfortunately 1 set (Patient B) did not have sufficient cells and was excluded from analysis
